Watercress Sorbet

Sorbet made with Fresh Watercress.

Chocolate Tartelette

A sweet short crust pastry case filled with a rich dark chocolate ganache.

Mulled Wine Pudding

Based on a summer pudding but with autumn fruits such as cranberries stewed in a spiced mulled wine mix and encased in fruit coulis soaked sponge.
