In 1983, a pastry chef returned from Paris with the dream of producing supreme sorbets, ice creams and desserts for a discerning and demanding clientele - La Maison des Sorbets was born.

A quarter of a century later, La Maison des Sorbets is a leading supplier of frozen, premium products all created by highly experienced chefs who totally understand the need to provide clients with exactly the products they - and their diners - require. From a handful of products, the selection has continually grown until today more than 100 are available - not counting those produced to order through our bespoke service. The company and its product range may have expanded - but the ideals remain unchanged – to provide products that any chef, in any establishment, will be proud to send to table.
