These parfaits are best enjoyed having been taken out of the freezer and left at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.

Amaretto
A delicate parfait flavoured with Amaretto Liqueur, decorated with an apricot coloured glaze, Amaretti biscuit and whipped cream (Oval shaped, diameter 8.7cm, depth 3.5cm)


Banana & Rum
An undecorated banana parfait set on a Rum and chocolate ganache topped joconde base

Blueberry
Smooth creamy vanilla parfait on a vanilla joconde base with a ball of Blueberry sorbet topped with Blueberry glaze and a trio of Blueberry fruits

Caramel & Whisky
A burnt sugar parfait set on a chocolate joconde base and a chocolate and mixed nut sponge surround, finished with a clear glaze and decorated with white and dark chocolate stripes.

An Irish Cream liqueur parfait on a vanilla joconde base finished with a neutral glaze and a white and dark chocolate cigarette

A lemon parfait containing a ball of lime sorbet, finished with a lemon glaze infused with lemon zest

Black pepper parfait with a strawberry sorbet ball in the centre set on a joconde base and decorated with a neutral glaze.
